As a colleague of Robin's but in a different branch our model is a bit different. We don't have a shared desk which most of us are happy with given covid precautions. We are steady with curbside but have limited appts for computer and browsing is by appointment only and we don't do same day appts due to staffing

How do you see the lines between support staff and other staff changing during COVID?

I second dropping into one of the MLA steering committees to see what we are all about. I know we welcome guests at PSD - Public Services Division.
